Tier 1 - 65/35 Split

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want work as a real estate agent part-time or you’ve been doing it full-time. If you have just joined our team - you will be starting off at the 65/35 split while receiving all the same benefits.

Tier 2 - 70/30 Split.

Our split only goes down from here. We bump the commission split down to 70/30 after the first year from your 1st closing with the Built Real Estate Group at Monument Realty. This will give agents the boost needed to stay motivated early through their career and continue to grow their business and close deals.

Tier 3 - 75/25 Split

With proven success and growth in this industry comes reward. Once we determined you are capable of doing deals on your own, we will give you our lowest commission split we offer which is 75/25. This will allow you to make the most profit for your business as a Realtor®. The sky is limit with uncapped earnings potential.
